The folding and handle makes this task much easier and pleasant.

The second thing you might want to consider is buying a pillow wedge instead of a pillow with arms. This is because it can get uncomfortable if you're of certain size. The arms just wrap the side of your body. Having said that. Let's continue talking about pillow with arms.

You can have options like having a LED reading light, a cup holder, a high back and even slots for books, glasses and remotes. Do you really need these features? Well, of course you need them! They're really nice to have.  (but like everything in life, there's a price for every addons you choose to have) The LED light is especially useful and the cup holder too. The slots for books and glasses are pretty much useless for me. (Because I don't need a reading glasses and I can bring my books over from the table, easy) Unless you watch TV on the bed.
