Foam Bed Wedge Review
I've mentioned foam bed wedge for a while in the previous article. What makes this bed wedge worth the entire post dedicated for it? Well, for one it is an entirely different class or category. It's not like a normal bed wedge which are hard and doesn't conform to your body's shape. Thus, those who are using a normal bed wedge might not be suitable to use a foam bed wedge. However, the basic function remains the same. Its primarily for those with neck or back pain. This article will talk about who should use the foam bed wedge and some brand reviews along with it.
Ok first of all, what is the benefits of using the foam bed wedge? Basically, you should buy this if you have acid reflux, back or neck pain, pregnant, for reading and even if you have snoring problem. You can even use it to elevate your legs for blood circulation. (some people reported that this solves their snoring problem.)
The difference between a foam and a normal bed wedge is the adjustment of heights. You need to have at least 6 inch of height if you were to solve your acid reflux problem. If you use a foam bed wedge, be sure to buy higher ones. Especially if you're heavy. A 12 inch of elevation might easily turn into 8 inch. With a normal bed wedge. this is not a big problem as you're sleeping on a pretty solid surface.
